A man is charged in Winston-Salem with viewing child pornography on his laptop at the library via wi-fi. This could easily happen in Greensboro.
The wi-fi signal provided by our public library is not filtered. And remember also that it is not even "throttled".
Recall also that, at least once before, a gentleman was apprehended because of viewing child porn at the GPL. It was reported on local television news last year.
What happened in Forsyth County is not by any means unthinkable in our libraries. In fact, it is downright likely to occur here.
Wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Bryan just decided to come on over to the Greensboro Public Library so he can pleasure himself in front of our children whilst perusing child porn without restriction or interference.

Jaycee, I think he would be in trouble if he got caught. But he would certainly be able to indulge in these activities until that point.
And someone like him could engage in that activity for a long time before getting caught if he knew how to evade detection. And evading detection only takes a quick click as others approach.
