I wish to let readers know that I will be taking a break from blogging at this site over the next five weeks or so. I expect to resume around September 1. I need to attend to a number of personal tasks and activities that will require some additional investment of time away from this blog. Nothing bad... all good.
I will continue to be visiting other local sites; and will be posting comments there.
Sometime over the next couple of weeks I will also be developing a questionnaire for Greensboro City Council candidates, and sending it to them. If I receive any responses, I will post them as soon as I can-- even during the "break" period.
I appreciate your reading.
Glad to hear you will be doing your candidate questionnaire again this year.

Good luck on your break from blogging. I certainly agree that it can be a time-consuming diversion from other pressing matters!
Thanks for the intellectual stimulation.

I guess we'll see you when Obama's poll numbers are in the low 40's then, Joe.

Man I always hate it when you do that.
Enjoy.
And in the mean time we may be heard to say..."what would Joe say about that"?

Thanks for the thoughts expressed. Already there are stories I would like to post on, but I need to restrain myself.:)

Tony, we'll just have to rely on Ed to misrepresent it until Joe returns.

Joe:
Hope the break is productive. I look forward to new posts when you return.
