It was great to see some fellow bloggers at the John Locke Foundation's FreedomNet conference today.
I had the opportunity to meet personally for the first time Fred Gregory, Sam Hieb, Glenn (Floyd Stuart), Mark Binker, Josh Manchester and John Hood. Also saw once again Bubba, Fecund Stench, Jim Capo, Ed Cone, and Roch Smith. It was an honor to speak with all of you today.
Sam did a good job as part of the first panel discussion. Our local conservative blogging community was reasonably well represented at the meeting.
Would love to have been there. But I had a prior commitment to be home manufacturing phlegm. I'll bet a quarter you had a better time than I did.

Thanks so much for being there, Doc. We enjoyed having you and your participation.
Lex, it's my impression that this manufacturing industry you speak of has been spreading wildly this week.

Lex, sorry we missed you. Hope you are feeling better.
John, it was a pleasure to be there and to meet you (please feel free to call me Joe!). The meeting was quite good. I again want to let you know that I appreciate all you do.

Joe,
My pleasure and honor also. Thanks
This was an exciting first time experience for me. Enjoyed meeting many of those who attended. The panels were not at all dull but to the contrary thoughtful and informative. Scott Johnson made a fascinating and insightful presentation . The country owes Powerline a debt of gratitude. I am looking forward to FreedomNet '07. Ya hear John ?
