I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. I earned my undergraduate degree at New York University and my medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. In addition, I pursued residency training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, during which I earned a Master of Public Health degree with concentration in the field of occupational and environmental health. I am Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and have been practicing since 1989. I am in solo private practice in Reidsville, NC where I combine the clinical practice of occupational medicine with urgent care medicine. I am married and have two college-age sons.
